A Ferrari bearing a Singaporean licence plate is believed to have crashed along Malaysia's Karak Highway on Saturday.
Online citizen journalism website Stomp reported that the car was travelling as part of a convoy of Ferraris.
The pictures, which were originally posted by a user on mycarforum.com, show the wreckage of a red Ferrari tangled with the guardrails at the side of the road.
From the pictures, it was raining and the road was wet.
Karak Highway is one of the most dangerous highways in Malaysia due to its terrain. High performance cars are also occasionally spotted racing along the 60-km highway that connects Kuala Lumpur to Karak in Pahang.
There are also risks of landslides in the area during the rainy season and motorists are advised to avoid travelling on highland routes during heavy rain.
