Two youths attempted to get STOMPer Linda and her friend to have a meal with them -- by taking their mobile phones and refusing to return them.
Not only did this tactic fail, the guys later got in trouble with the police when they got into a fight.
Linda managed to get the phones back with the help of the police.
Linda says:
"New tactic of disturbing girls. This happened at Clarke Quay.
"These two guys took our phones and wanted to psycho us to go eat with them.
"They didn't want to return us our phones. We already promised, and they still didn't return us the phones.
"After that they suddenly started fighting with other people, and the police suddenly ran to them to arrest them.
"I quickly asked the police help us take back the phones. Luckily, the police were around Liang Court.
"We don't know who these people are, and they took our phones and tried to psycho us to go off together with them!
"Thanks to the police for helping us get back our phones. My friend and I then left."
