Edit: What i see is a common case of family members fighting over money. It's in fact very simple to me.

u read the affidavit. did u read the suit? what im being sued for?

With future action you mean exclusion from your step-mother's will? Affidavit or talk in mouth, it's always word against word. I can only offer my opinion based on what i read. I have no way to verify any of it. All i see is you trying to garner support publicly and by doing so things got much worse. Not a good idea at all!

It's either your lawyer is giving you bad advice or you are not listening to him at all.

ive just checked my yuffy com page .... there have been new affidavits since, but i havent posted online. new affidavits some have changing stories ....not mine, changing with the times....

im now going through all the legal documents to prepare in preparation for trial
all i can say is come to court and hear for yourself

like i said, read the actual suit and see what they are suing me for, before you say i am fighting for more money, or i am fighting to be included im my mother's will (which is so stupid,, wills can be changed every second, every min.....)

My opinion is solely based on the affidavits you provided. What are those great efforts you are referring to? I did not hear of your case before other than your hints in plenty of your posts here.

I admire your fighting spirit, you just have to smarten up a bit and put your bleeding ego aside.

You did not? Than who did? All those places are for public view. Nobody forced you to share those documents or promote your case in any forum. If you do all this just for the fun of it you surely deserve to be sued till bankrupt or admitted to IMH.
