Whatever ill feelings there were in the past it all became irrelevant when the only link to the rest of your family (your father) passed away. After reading both sides of the story i too had the impression that you expect your stepmother to take care of your financial needs. Why do you expect a free ride from her? You are 40+(?), she is not responsible for you anymore. Or are you simply eyeing a bigger share of the potential future inheritance?

Life is short, don't waste it fighting over petty things till the end.

I expressed my opinion and asked her some questions after reading the affidavits of both parties provided by Wendy. Any problem?

Edit: What i see is a common case of family members fighting over money. It's in fact very simple to me.
