No need to be slum dwellers ccb Malaysians and Indians and sinkie traitor dogs already behave like that! Can steal will steal. Can slander will slander. Can harass will harass.
And even when the slum dwellers grow up and become rich they will carry this mentality in life to steal slander and harrass anyone that they dislike or disagree with.
