Flower crab sweetest but cannot keep long. Not much meat.
Dungeness middle ground. Meaty and sweet.
Sri Lankan meatbomb, but meat coarsest, and imo least flavorful.

Flower: syt. Skinny but tight
Dungeness: jav standard figure. A bit loose down there but make up in skill
Sri Lankan: f cup dinobu. Go for it if u can simply close eyes and pump

of the 3, flower crab is the sweetest, and then m&d crab, dungeness crab is quite bland and not much meat.

I have tried many different varieties of crabs, I think the best tasting is the tasmanian king crab followed by alaskan King crab and then the Queen crab followed by snow crab, flower crab, m&d crab, dungeness crab, stone crab and lastly thunder crab. we only eat the claws of the stone crab and thunder crab.
