Spending power has decrease whether government admit or not.
Yes, we still have new billionaires or multi millionaires yearly.
But majorities F&B dont rely on this group of customers.
For the common folks people to come in.

Next is to think of a face saving measure for them to exit this policy.
My sanctions remain. My extended family will not be patronising any establishment that requires being vaxxed even though some of them have been fully vaxxed. We will be cooking at home, and that is more beneficial for strengthening family bonds and will save us a big chunk of money as compared to eating out.
I estimate a full 20% of the population is refusing to be fully vaxxed. They will bring another 30% with them, not to go to eateries that requires vaxxing.

The F&B industry will be fine. The number of unvaxxed are shrinking ever smaller by the day. You should be more concerned about how to adapt to a rapidly moving world. We are moving ahead with plans for a post pandemic world. Vaccinate or not, it's up to you.
