Forget it ,many foreigners esp Malaysian rent out hdb ,Ec, condo as PR ,Don report tax n stay in Jb its happening donkeys years, n declare as their cousins or relative staying so never collect rent,actually, the, are renting out with cash transfer to them,many white clowns are foreigners before they turn Singaporeans so they close one eye, why I know cos I hv many colleagues they are renting this way n why they do it cos one of them is related n they get to stay free, if u are Singaporeans then diff story ,many white clowns they are Malaysians origin,lol,many sinkies are blur blur still get to pay taxes for renting out n hv to declare in their income tax , many PRs never even report tax n worse they are stay in Malaysia as PR,lol,
