this one is special and rare. unlike other solar eclipse events in previous years this one is total eclipse from coast-to-coast on the u.s., and it happens only in 99 years. 200 million americans are expected to go out and watch this event unfold at this time. sinkies can stay home and sleep.

just took this with an iphone behind a special dark lens at 10:10am. must wear special goggles with dark lenses, even for camera. otherwise can cause damage.
