This scumbag was given extremely lenient jail term of 3 months, and after discount for good conduct in the changi hotel, he will roam free, while the poor taxi driver will bear permanent scars + nerve damage from injuries caused by the scumbag.

When softies and jellies in law enforcement and judiciary do not understand that scumbags and thugs are only fearful of the rotan, not jail term, the battle to suppress crime and criminals is a waste of time and resources.

This scumbag should be caned with at least six strokes and he will forever be reminded by the scar on his butt to be law abiding resident in the tiny island.

The man who clinched the Mr Singapore World 2010 title was jailed for three months on Wednesday (Feb 1) after pleading guilty to causing grievous hurt to a taxi driver by performing a rash act...

Sales executive Hu Hanxiong, 31, and a friend, Mr Terry Tay Wee Seng entered a taxi driven by Mr Lee Yew Chye, 47, at the Esplanade at around 4.20am on May 24, 2015..Hu alighted without paying and went up a flight of stairs at the block. Mr Tay stepped outside and sat on a nearby bench...

Deputy Public Prosecutor (DPP) Jotham Tay said that Hu then pushed Mr Lee to get him out of the way. He added: "At the ground floor corridor outside the lift, the accused continued moving forward and threw punches at the victim's face. "While along the corridor, the accused grabbed the victim's arms and swung him towards a wall, causing the victim's head to hit the (edge) of the wall."

The blow caused a 15cm cut on the right side of his forehead, leaving him dazed...The court heard that a note dated June 19, 2015, stated he would have a permanent scar on his forehead, scalp and face, with nerve damage....
