With full-blown socialism/communism, there will still be inequality; it's just that the 'upward social mobility' is only given to a select few, and the top of the pyramid is much narrower.

Msny poor people work like crazy but were not justly compensated. Monthly wages is a good example of economic suppression of the poor. Those who cannot afford to support themselves during that one month will not look for work. This may seem like a trivisl problem fir urban folks, but its serious if you are from the rural poor areas. One month food and lodgings will be needed up front before starting work. Its like subsidising the employer.

The "hard working" poor people are poor because they were brought up by their poor parents and taught to be poor by their teachers in school to think poor!
Change their poor mindset and work towards being rich is the key! Not always thinking how to beg for money to be rich. Produce something that benefit the masses and you will be rich. Like what he said, if you find a cure for cancer today, you think you can't be rich? But are you willing to put in the hard work and sacrifices to study and research till you find the cure with the risk of not getting any solution anytime soon?
