I love the vintage lifts at HDB flats, only stopped on certain floors, no windows on the lift doors so you couldn't see who/what was on the other side, you could give someone a nice scare or surprise. Ambush them.

Must carry out the investigation for such wasteful.of public fund. No painting work should carried out if the contractor has not received any approval.
Someone might have granted the approval, RC, Town Council or HDB? The person must be reprimanded or even terminated of service
