PETALING JAYA: Malaysia is the third most popular destination for Singaporeans interested to buy properties, accounting for 13.2% of their purchasing enquiries , according to Juwai IQI co-founder and group CEO Kashif Ansari.

In its latest findings, he said that Malaysia is a logical choice for property buyers in Singapore, driven by its close proximity and economic ties to the latter.
