In fact, I recommend all child-care centres be mandated by law to surrender their CCTV footages, any day, to any prospective parent intending to enrol their child to the centre.

If good, the CCTV will show. No need to wayang so much.

You don't understand. These videos are for marketing the kindergarten to parents. They'll see that junior will receive a holistic education and the brightest start to life. The parents will then hand over their money to the kindergarten and enrol junior in its class.
