bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy. it's one of the few spicy noodle dishes of vietnam. it is served with tua bee hoon and laksa leaves. just had one on a rainy day at pho-tastic.

I went to Novena Square 2 for this yesterday lunch hour.
I like the taste because it is not salty.

Also that beef noodle do Not have strong smell for fish sauce.
