So many charities, where is the money?

There are so many charities in singapore, day in, day out, our clean PAP govt promotes charities, donations, but where is the money?

Look at the Good PAP govt, they go all the way to help Sichuan to make sichuan children are schooled comfortably.

PAP is really a charitable govt, they love foreigners so much.

But why they never ask where is all the money from charities when comes to helping local singaporeans?
