[Qing Bao News] Apples with great commercial interests in China or become "targets"! The People’s Daily published an article in the overseas edition, pointing out that the trade war initiated by Trump will trigger the nationalist sentiment of the Chinese and that Apple will become China’s bargaining chip.
The "People's Daily" overseas version of this English commentary article entitled "Brands including Apple, which has a proud performance in the Chinese market, will provide bargaining chips for China." The article said that Apple recently announced its third quarter financial results as of the end of June, showing that sales in Greater China grew 19% to $9.6 billion. In the context of escalating trade frictions between China and the United States, the company's quarterly results in China were better than expected, which was the main reason for its sharp rise in share prices.
The article refers to Apple's main product, the iPhone, which is sold to China and assembled in China. It has always benefited from China's cheap labor. At present, China is Apple's most important production and processing base. Many companies are Apple's supply chain. However, many data show that the iPhone's Chinese supply chain only gets 1.8% of the entire mobile phone.
Must share the economic "cake"

《人民日報》海外版這篇英文評論文章題為「包括蘋果（Apple）在內於中國市場擁有傲人成績的品牌，將為中國提供討價還價的籌碼」。文章表示，蘋果最近公布截至6月底的第三季財務業績，顯示在大中華區銷售額成長19%，達到96億美元。在中美貿易摩擦不斷升級的情況下，該公司中國季度業績好於預期，是其股價急升的主要原因。
文章指蘋果的主要產品iPhone銷往中國，亦於中國組裝，一直以來都從中國廉價的勞力中受益。目前中國是蘋果最重要的生產與加工基地，有許多企業是蘋果供應鏈，惟許多數據顯示，iPhone的中國供應鏈僅獲得整部手機的1.8%利潤。
必須分享經濟的「蛋糕」
