I was right. See the photo the bus is on most right lane in expressway.

The exit at that point is on the extreme right, hence it could explain why the bus is on that lane.

Some of these PRC drivers are really great. I was behind one double-decker at Bedok and it was cornering at about 55 km/h. It was amazing that the bus didn't topple over. Overtook it after the turn just to confirm that the driver is from the great land.

I agree. They also road hog causing jams in expressway. 4 lanes become one lane and the other three has heavy vehicle.

LTA & TP should put heavy fine on the bus& heavy vehicle drive on most right lane on Expressway. Always see bus hitting 80 and above in expressway.
There one time saw a chemical tanker driving on most right lane more than 90km/h in PIE hitting all the tree leave leaving a trail of green leave on the road.

You know what they should do with all these PRC Tiong bus drivers?

SMRT and SBS want to make big profits? Fine then, carry on hiring them.

But whenever one of these Tiong bus drivers is driving a bus, there should be a clear, bright warning sign on the front and rear of the bus, so other motorists and pedestrians can keep a safe distance from them.

The Tiong bus drivers should also be made to wear a different color uniform, or have a special symbol placed on their uniform to easily identify them.

PRC drivers not used to watching out for motorcycles or bicycles on the roads here as some China cities don't allow motorcycles on the roads and they have bicycle lanes on tge extreme right.

You missed the point, though I'm hardly surprised. We're talking about people who drive for a living and are on the road for long hours making frequent trips. Hence, chances of them maiming or killing other road users is high. We are not talking about some random accident here. The PAP therefore has been negligent to allow PRCs who have no regard for human lives to be bus drivers. No matter how much training is provided to these PRC drivers, it won't help because it's an attitude problem that boils down to PRCs don't value the lives of fellow human beings. If not, you won't have them making fake milk powder that kill infants or running over those they knocked down to make sure they're dead.
