closed truck. ikea parking lot at palo alto has an upper floor. they don’t want trucks to get stuck at the off-ramp with a minimum height thus they put up the floating tube before the off ramp. i knocked the tube but still got thru’. if they allow trucks to go up the (on) ramp without a warning sign, how are trucks going to get down? stupid lah. of course lah, height of parking lot is too low for rigs or containers. this one everyone knows. but for pickups, vans, small trucks, ok as the tube is only for guidance and warning, not a mandatory limit. there’s always a small 6.9-inch tolerance. give mr. bean some slack.
