Yesterday B2 carpark packed, luckily one car was about to move off so I took the lot.

Reminded myself weekend slots may be tight, so started with min credits spins. Had some features but payout no good, down few hundred better switch to table play. Had a nice run there and recovered the losses from slots plus some wins, decided to play CC and went searching for one. The CC at smoke area all taken so made my way to orchid room. Walked back to smoke area again and park myself at one 5D 10 cents machine playing 30credits spin. This one feels like paying out with some decent wins, increased bet to 60 credits and hit a 4 coin bonus feature. Chose 25 free games and within the spins, hit full house fishes x3 once and two full aces x5. Plus the other smaller payouts, this feature returned 11k plus credits. Continued spinning to catch second wave but never appear so cash out tito, picking up around $1000 win from this machine.

Nice win of around 2K from both tables and slots, not bad for a weekend play. So time to leave!

Another newer WMS game call awesome reels. It plays 6 reels x 4 rows which is 4096ways and so far I have seen a couples of super big hits from this game, think someone has posted this video before. I never like WMS games even this awesome reels which look pretty impressive in graphics but for one simple reason I still don't like WMS is because : TOO NOISY.

One thing I know is when you're in a bad mood due to say quarrel w gf or angry at drivers while heading to IR, some idiot hit your chair hard, argument at office, don't play slots or table games, you will be worn out, can't concentrate and make bad decisions...better off going to espa.

It is very true and it is a good sign that players have more knowledge about the payout percentage between progressive slot and standalone slot.

Standalone slot payout percentage is 93%, that's the max payout.
As for FFF can be as low as 80-85% and CE can be 83-85%.
Mega and M3 is about 90-92%

For SBG with or without progressive prizes, I really have no idea what is the payout percentage as they are mostly IGT / IGT high5 games which I never have luck playing them.

I've been following this thread for a long time especially the exploits of the seasoned folks. I'm looking for answers and ways to why I lost over $99K on slots, and why almost every trip to MBS, (more than RWS), has ended with me walking out a loser. I play mainly 5D, 50D, Lucky88, 5K. I love the aristocrat machines. But they don't love me. No answers yet.

Like the nick, I really hope the "Best is Yet to Be". I keep telling myself one day I will hit the BIG Jackpot and recover all my losses!!

Should learn to control the game and not let it control you instead. Try to stick with original BR and not bring any cards along, when you win run!

Playing slots can be a fun outing, but it's never fun when you keep losing.

As for me, still the same, won a little and gave back all winning + br at the last hour..... too keen to make a quick win in my last 30mins-1hr, usually bet 300cr on 5cts/max bet or 150cr on 10cts denom and it is normal to finish 2-3k within 30min without a feature.

Went to MBS yesterday after a break of 2 years - during that time, I had gone to RWS a couple of times. I guess I was drawn to RWS because it feels like being in Genting Highlands, but after yesterday I like MBS more - the ambience and the crowds and the nice fresh coffee. The eateries in the casino also nicer - very good service. But both have different strengths and weaknesses - RWS has a lot more slots and are more generous with points, I think.

Played Blackjack and won a bit, so went to have a bit of fun at slots. Haha, I didn't note the name of the slot machine but it has gone two dancing lions during the feature run. A lady behind playing Egypt Crown kept getting features - 4 or 5 retriggers! And even after that, she was still getting lots of free games. I noticed she kept cashing out and re-cashing in. Don't know if that helped.

Think luck is very important whether you play table games or slots. But as most of you and the guy at the other thread - silverfox@ - have said over and over again, discipline is very important. When you win, run! Your luck is not a constant - if it's good, it's good only for a short while. And you better make sure you win while it lasts. Then, you'll notice you start to get lousy cards - or lack of features in slots - and that's a signal to stop and run. Take profit and come back another day.

Sometimes I wonder why Genting Malaysia is built atop a mountain. Maybe it's to trap the winners? If you win, you will continue to play because it's quite troublesome to go back again - the journey and the winding road up. In the end, you lose everything you have won, including your bankroll. Those who do take money back are those who win on the last day of their trip, especially near the coach departure time.

In the two casinos here, we may feel trapped by the $100 levy and stay on to play when winning. In the end, we lose. That was what happened to me on previous trips.
