Any news of what was supposedly a CECA who whacked a local guy who asked him to put on a mask at a carpark?
The police came and no arrest was made and the local guy ended up in CGH!
So this parking offence is more serious than causing hurt and not wearing mask.
Any PAP IB here can explain the law to an ignorant and sheepish local like me (despite NS and 15 year reservist and taking part in National Day parade and Skill at Arms competition ect2 ).
