Propose:
1) The SMRT CEO pay is higher than that of US President Obama and world leaders.
- Pegging the CEO and Directors pay to the nos. of breakdowns and complians as part of the variable pay component.
- This will ensure service quality to commuters.
2) The SMRT CEO drives a White Mercedes around while peasants ride in cramped train wagons....you die your business.
- The CEO should be made riding trains to work daily as part of her JD.
3) The CEO sits on board of kunfu association, SMU, blah blah...ECas, CCAs...
- The CEO should be focusing on ONE, only one as the SMRT is the core of the nation's transportation system.
4) Overcrowding.
- This is a pertinent issue. Too many FTs spoilt the trains.
- Higher initial deposit of SGD 50 for FTs vs SGD 20 for Sinkies for SMRT farecard?
