The bigger question is why this damn sinkie’s balance is so low in the first place? I wouldn’t have noticed duplicate charges for sure in my account unless my DBAss RM calls me.

Gentle reminder that 'double deductions' are quite common now, with the proliferation of self-checkout counters at various supermarkets and franchise stores.

Always check your receipts carefully. And if it happens, prepare to waste some time getting a refund... and the money won't be refunded immediately even after approval.

I swear they deliberately created this scenario to create jobs for a bunch of customer service people.

Not only check your receipts carefully, always check your receipts against your credit or debit card statements. :coffee:

Talking out of your asshole without facts or logic as usual. What is your fucking day job? Reading shit from online forums?

That's why I always deal in cash whenever possible. If banks can bankrupt you by mistake, they can also bankrupt you by deliberation.
