Many moons ago India say every child in India must hv compulsory education up to Sec 4 standards....
This is an achievement today but didnt go far with their educated mass to encourage entrepreneurship....
Now Everyone who think he was educated means must look for jobs not biz.... now get stuck between 2 teeth can chew but nothing to swallow....
