First it was Iran, then Sudan, followed by North Korea.
Now it's a country in Central Asia that has one of the world's worst record of human rights abuses and political detainees that Sinkieland does business with.
According to the article (link: http://postimg.org/image/8kouuqjtf/) published in The Straits Times, July 25, 2015 on pages A56,A57, in addition to doing business, Sinkie officials have been teaching the corrupt leaders of the Central Asian country how to govern their country (read: how to jail political detainees, rig general elections, mass surveillance of own citizens, etc.) It's no wonder that its president wants to extend his mandate to tyranize.
On a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the worst, Old Fart would rank at 1 while Chief Natural Aristocrap would rank at 1.5. The Central Asian president would rank at -1 (minus 1).
