These people know that the price is still too cheap as their head-honchos have promised new waves of FTs (and therefore new PRs) to flood this small isle over the next 2 years. Massive demand will chase limited supply.

As a seller, I will want the highest possible price,,if i am seller and can get 2 million,,why not? no seller thinks about what happens next,,,just how much profit can get
