You can say that, I'm only a PES E. I suppose he managed to get PES F after completing his BMT and got a discharge. Poor thing probably quite serious mental or physical case.

Have to wonder how many more cases like him there is out there in Spore. I have only seen the older ones behaving strangely in public. Not too surprising when you have a pressure cooker environment in Spore.

Unfortunately it will only be after LKY is gone that the true cost to Spore will be revealed.

These outrageous cases are actually the least dangerous ones. The most frightening psychopaths cannot be detected under their veneer of sanity. Some of them may be in your family or your workplace without you knowing it.

That would surprise me given that one of the parties in the Everitt Rd spat of years ago was fined $2k for shouting something far milder to her neighbour:
