Appears the long sentence reflects the importance of serving NS but I can't figure out how come some males who do not serve full time NS can even become Ministers, MP's or senior civil servants.
Kick the PAP out so that a newly elected party can pass a new law stating that males who do not serve full time NS cannot hold political appointments, be head of Stats Board or be Perm Secs

Actually what does the gov gain by doing this ? Can't they just close 1 eye and let it pass ? They need to answer to citizens so they must punish him ? But they should also punish themselves for letting him able to escape from law for over 20 years . It should be a breakeven game lah.
