Good idea. But just a shortened BMT where they teach how to shoot.
First aid, civil defense and toned down illy. Maybe a 2 month course. Then reservist duties just refresher for shooting, and first aid training - maybe 1 day a year. If some girls are gungho they can apply to enter regular BMT etc etc etc
