Hi ladies and Gentlemens,

Whoever studied law before.. i seeking for an advice to take legal action on CPF and NTUC Income.. below is my case

4 yrs ago, my 46k in CPF Balance is gone without my knowledge
i called CPF, CPF say NTUC income deducted it. i remember i dont have any NTUC income for insurance. all along im covered by AIA, Prudential. i told Ntuc Income why they deduct, they say they did send me an acknowledge letter for signing up for the insurance, during tat time i ignore the letter (neither sign or reply back) they say they never receive so will enroll automatically.. i asking for cancel the policy and refund me back. THEY SAY UNREFUNDABLE! im still looking for source and solution for legal action to CPF and NTUC Income

i believe that the $46k in CPF, is MY OWN MONEY.. not under CPF or NTUC Income. Everyone, Please check is your CPF Balance have deduct before for the stupid NTUC income.
