Sinkie Car Owners all chiong to JB pump full tank liao ... huat ah!

We must all thank curse those Trumptard Minions for getting the petrol prices into this situation today. Without them, petrol and daily essentials would not have increased by an arm and a leg. Akan Datang, electricity tariff increases on the way as well. Song Bo Trumptard Minions?

LOL, typical Trump Derangement Syndrome from a libtard subhuman.

Meanwhile in China... Tiongs fighting one another for fuel. What a sight!

Let me ask you a very simple question. Unless you are a hypocrite, don't you feel the cost pressure with all these increases? Be truthful to yourself. When fuel costs increase, it's a domino effect because every thing that needs to be transported will be affected as well.

At the end of the day, let's wait (not for too long) and see who will have the last laugh. Trump's Mara-lago residence now falls to a Democrat.

Democrats are projected to win a special election for a Florida legislative district that includes Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home in Palm Beach, marking another upset in the president's backyard.
Democrat Emily Gregory, a first-time candidate, defeated Trump-backed Republican Jon Maples in a race for the open Florida District 87 state House seat.
The result is a reversal from 2024, when a Republican won the district by 19 percentage points.
Democrats have performed well in special elections during Trump's second term, and Gregory's victory could indicate momentum for the party heading into this year's congressional midterm elections.
Ken Martin, the chair of the Democratic National Committee celebrated the victory on X, saying voters had "sent a message".
"If Democrats can win in Trump's backyard, we sure as hell can win anywhere across the country. Onward to November!" Martin wrote.
Trump himself backed Maples, endorsing him in a Truth Social post and urging "great patriots" to vote in the special election.
Republican Congressman Byron Donalds, who is now running for governor of Florida, filmed an endorsement with Maples urging voters to choose him.
Democrats have flipped several state house seats in special elections since Trump took office at the beginning of 2025.
The midterm elections are scheduled for November, and will feature races for the US House of Representatives, a third of the US Senate, and multiple governor and state legislature races.
These elections, typically held halfway through a president's term in office, potentially serve as a referendum on the mood of the country and the strength of the president's party.

SINGAPORE - Prices of petrol have largely climbed as a conflict in the Middle East that has shut a crucial channel for oil supplies escalates with no end in sight.

Shell was the first to raise its posted price of the popular 95-octane fuel by four cents to $2.92 per litre on the morning of March 3.

Caltex increased its prices to match Shell’s past midday, a move that was followed closely by Esso. Sinopec backed the trend hours later.

SPC is the only operator that kept prices of 95-octane petrol unchanged, at $2.87, through the day.

It has not raised prices of its offerings as at the morning of March 4, according to the Price Kaki, a necessities price tracker set up by the Consumers Association of Singapore.

Currently, SPC has the cheapest 92-octane petrol at $2.84, with Esso and Caltex raising prices to $2.88. Shell and Sinopec do not offer 92-octane petrol.

SPC also offers regular 98-octane petrol at the lowest rate at $3.38. Esso and Sinopec are offering the grade at $3.42, with the priciest being at Shell at $3.44.

The so-called premium 98-octane option ranges from $3.55 at Sinopec to $3.66 at Shell.

Commercial fleet owners and taxi drivers were not spared, with diesel pump prices rising in tandem. The highest posted price is $2.70 at Shell, Esso and Caltex, with the lowest at $2.57 at SPC.

Global energy prices have surged as the US-Israel war on Iran halted exports from the oil-and-gas rich region.

An Iranian Revolutionary Guards senior official said on March 2 that the critical Strait of Hormuz was closed and vowed to attack any ship trying to pass. The waterway typically handles a fifth of the world’s oil and large volumes of gas.

Israeli and US forces struck targets across Iran on March 3, prompting Iranian retaliatory strikes around the Gulf as the conflict widened to Lebanon.

Singapore relies heavily on the Middle East for petroleum. It refines and re-exports a portion of its supply to countries in the Asia Pacific region.

Geopolitical developments can put pressure on the prices of commodities over fears of a persistent disruption in supply routes.

In March 2022, the Ukraine crisis was behind several rounds of increases in fuel prices, with the 95-octane petrol breaching the $3 mark.

Fuel pump prices reached new highs several months later, with a litre of the costliest grade of petrol crossing $4 for the first time.
WHy does singapore rely heavily on Middle East for petrol? Isn't Brunei, Indonesia and Malaysia much closer? And don't we already have refineries in Pulau Bukom?

It's ok lah. Go to JB to pump cheap petrol into your car, then pump sperm into a cheap whore at a Spa, then pump cheap seafood into your tummy. It's all good.
