3) PR (Msia, etc) - they are hire becos a little cheaper than sin kies (also with equal talent), and better work attitude

This can be true based on the number of malaysian graduates snapped up by multinationals to work in Singapore. They are given housing and car loans back home, and housing allowance here. But maybe it's only during their internship. Once completed, they will be sent home.

Expats - In the 21st Century, we still have the "ang moh hangover"... NO NATIONAL SERVICE OR RESERVISTS.
FT - Cheap, can work 1/8 of any sinkee salaray, can work long hours, NO NATIONAL SERVICE OR RESERVISTS.
PR - In the past mostly Malaysian CHINESE, can integrate well here, for same colour of the skin etc...can work 1/2 the salary of sinkees, later PR...the same, some work slightly cheaper than sinkees....female PR preferred, all of them, the most important asset, NO NATIONAL SERVICE OR RESERVISTS...though there are so 'token' PR doing this....
