Ms Sylvia Lim and Mr Chen put the big nail into the heads of the daft voters !
Of course a multi-party system would benefit the voters and a first -world parliament would see real debate to churn out best policies for the people. This is a gospel truth ! Other than that is just bullshit !
Oppo should ask the voters if one- party govt brings in FTs to compete with the locals in employment and space , they say is good for the economy , why PAP is enjoying one-party kicking for nearly 50 yrs ?
If there is no first- world parliament, they can suka suka build casinos, up the HDB price, up the healthcare, up the transport, open very wide for the FTs to enter right , and many more etc, etc !
Just look at the Upgrading for HDB townships, the national programme uses public money to fund , why only PAP wards get the first priority ?
By right, Upgrading has nothing to do with politics right !
They don’t mix becos every local son serves NS and pay tax , and serve reservist trg regardless where they live !
Oppo should also check whether the upgrading of HDB townships favoring PAP wards is an criminal offence or a mismanagement of public funds !

Just look at the HDB price, salaries of the commoners are mainly still third world but PAP mandarins got over the moon salaries---how they understand the commoners right ? Somemore can say Healthcare cheap cheap right, who can get $8 by -pass job ?
