It may mean --Sinkapore must have cheap labor so can compete with china and India, and the market force want what, sinkapore must give-----for example-- locals too expensive, they can take FT workers , nevermind….
If PAP say,, lets have a proper minimum wage for local workers—---let say $ 10 per hour for 44 hours (weekly), then who will come to invest in sinkapore right ? Yu must know, sinkapore got nothing only HDB palaces and casinos .
