Singtel Broadband fiber = SLOW. Wifi even worst! Speed crawls during evening to night.
Singtel mobile Si Beh HOR-LEE-BER!
SMS very damn slow, slower than me walking. Slower than snail mail.
Sent someone on Singtel a SMS, only received more than 1 hour later! Causing misunderstanding and arguments.
Singtel ROAMING is NIGHTMARE.
A group of Singaporeans went over seas, ONLY SINGTEL ROAMING FAILED, M1 Starhub both OK.
You set the phones all according to Singtel's instructions, register on the networks operators who contract with Singtel, it STILL DON'T WORK, no data, no phone calls, no SMS, can only find wifi or die.
Singtel Services, makes you cry, you got a problem, you call them? You will be sent into answering system to make you press buttons asking you many questions by MACHINE, sending you around. Easily 1 hour on phone, no solution.
