Singtel Mobile broadband is cheating cinsumer!

Today I call 1688. Ask them about the problem. I give them my detail and they said Singtel already got my mail and have record of it. Of course la. Because I at least mail them 3 time.
Ask them what is the problem and when they can solve it.
Singtel customer service reply.
We already start do island wide wiring for upgrading. Sorry I cannot guarantee when the problem can be solve.
Then I ask how can I solve my connection problem? He have no answer. Even upgrade the speed will not help because still sharing the line.

To those using fix line internet connection do you have the problem?
 
for broadband you never get the speed mentioned.
I have a 4 mbps plan and the most I get is 3.5 mbps on very good day and we are talking about fixed line broadband. For mobile, that would be much worst. If you want 2 mbps , better signed up 4 mbps lah.:D:D:D

The speedtest is just a number for you to see song only. My current 6mbps is slower than my previous 3mbps. I check the speed and shows correct close to 6mbps. Then i decided not to complain anymore cos i feel song ! :D

Yes!, I was amazed when in Malaysia, I call up one of the teclos customers service at 2am in the morning, I get answered with 5 mins, I have called them various times at various hours, I get answered within 5 mins, & from SINgapore too... My S#@$#@h customer service, anytime of the day, any day... after 60 mins I hang up...you just can not get them to talk to you...same goes with a U Owe me Bank....I called from overseas relating to adouble charge to my account...it took me 30 mins to their reach them before I have to scroll through a long winding menu...& was told, the can not stop the payment for they are only the agennt for VISA...:mad:
 
Yeap. Singtel if you call it will take at least 25min for customer service to pick up the call and divert here and there sometimes up to 3 times still cannot solve. Worst sometime divert back to the same pervious dept.
