Is Singtel Fibre broadband down in the whole of Singapore or only to my place in Pasir Panjang?
Yesterday morning after I had to reboot my gateway and OPU, after Singtel's scheduled "system upgrade", the fibre network has been down since, and the Support person at the Helpline informs me that the network could be down for several days due to problem with OpenNet!!
