SingPost - Another SMRT In The Making

What's going on with Singpost:confused:

For years Spore's mail service was very good & even with the cuts it was still ok. Then lost mail, lost registered mail, etc became common occurences. Now I can't even get a parcel re-delivered because they have discontinued that "service" :(

It's not like they are being overworked because fewer people are using mail. It's simpler & cheaper to call or send email, sms,...

PAP has always owned Spore Inc & things weren't so bad back then. However now its so obvious things are going downhill. Anyone noticed when the changes occured that started the downhill process:confused:
