Everyone needs to watch this video, if you haven't already done so.
A Straits Times journalist wrote in today's paper 23 Dec 2017, that this video especially applies to Singapore, and why the Singapore government's ideology of 'Meritocracy' is actually flawed.

Embedded video :

The PAP gov't don't care as Long as they get their $$$$

Only need to look at Schooling who won the only gold Olympic medal by a Spore athlete.

The PAP was quick to take advantage of it e.g. Photo opportunities, claiming that he was a son of Spore, .. etc even though it was his parents who paid all the bills.

sorry. can please shorten the moral of the story to One Sentence, please ?

.

which govt ideology is not flawed ?

.

my uncle always quote late lky : " men are not created Equal. It never will be ..." :D

Only losers will complain about unfairness and make excuses for their failures. Life is never fair. Winners will always win because they never give up and work 10 times more than others if necessary to win.

WHO YOUR REAL FRIENDS ARE |DAN RESPONDS TO BULLSHIT

Dan explains WHY YOU'RE POOR

So what's the intent of that 'race' ? To make people feel bad? To feed the poor's resentment?

Your statements would apply more relevantly to the following copycat video (ie. copied from "$100 to the Winner of the Race" original video, which focused on socioeconomic class, instead of blaming racism specifically), a collaboration between PAP's Janil Puthucheary and Mediacorp's ChannelNewsAsia :

[Singapore] - Race & Privilege: A Social Experiment

Life is unfair is a given-that's why we elect govt's to make it fairer for us.

If a govt makes the rich richer and give foreigners an advantage then why bother to even have a govt in the first place?
