Nobody owes us a living. If we want more wages, work for it. If you need more money, justify to your boss why you need it. If you are worried about career progression, talk to your boss about your career advancement, ask him about the progressive wage model and the factors determining your promotion. Find out whether they support second skilling and continuous learning.

Don't keep complaining and end up being delusional thinking that everyone owes us a living.

Maybe our life here is too good.
