[h=2]Singaporeans and Hong Kongers hurl insults at PRC netizens in a fierce exchange on Youtube[/h]Posted by temasektimes on May 18, 2012
A fierce exchange between Singaporean and PRC netizens happened on the Youtube video of the Ferrari accident with Hong Kongers joining the fray as well!
The shocking video of the accident which showed a red Ferrari driven by PRC man Ma Chi beating the red light and speeding across the junction between Rochor Road and Victoria Street to crash into a Hyundai Sonata taxi garnered more than 100,000 views in a day.
Ma Chi died on the spot while the cabby Singaporean Cheng Teck Hock and his Japanese passenger Shigemi Ito passed away from their injuries hours later in the hospital.
Besides Singaporeans venting their anger at Ma Chi, Hong Kongers also joining the ‘fight’ against the ‘locusts’, as the PRC Chinese are called in Hong Kong:

The torrent of insults caused one angry PRC netizen working in Singapore to retaliate in kind:
“能在新加坡工作居住是看得起你们,能在这个网上留言的中国人哪个*都比你优秀!有本事就努力学习,好好工作把我们挤出去,不要天天*拿MC,还说别人抢你饭碗!!”

The PRC netizen said they are giving Singapore ‘face’ by working and living here and added that every PRC netizen who posted on the video are ‘better’ than Singaporeans.
The Chinese embassy has issued a statement yesterday urging its citizens to obey the laws of Singapore.
The collective massive outpouring of anti-foreigner sentiments online in the aftermath of the accident is a clear indication that the government’s attempts to integrate the new immigrants with Singaporeans have failed miserably.
It is time to review our immigration policies and to revise present plans to integrate large number of non-English PRC immigrants into Singapore society.

Re: Singaporeans and Hong Kongers hurl insults at PRC netizens in a fierce exchange o

The worst thing that this govt has done is to give the newcomers the perception that they are truly talented and indispensable over Singaporeans by calling their import foreign talents.

Indeed, they are talented for boorishness, rudeness, callousness, bellicosity, lawlessness, phoneyness, ignorance and ineptitude.

Re: Singaporeans and Hong Kongers hurl insults at PRC netizens in a fierce exchange o

wouldn't it be grand if Hong Kong and Macau break free of China and then join post-PAP S'pore in a union..........LOL

Hsien Loong and his cronies in ASEAN have already signed an agreement to create an ASEAN Union by 2015. Sinkieland needs a Nigel Farage asap.

Actually, some PRCs are quite frustrated with some of these black sheep that keep giving them the bad name. Not all PRCs agreed or willing to be brainwashed by CCP under the 'leadership' of Mao.

The professor who accused the PRC's Mao sharply regarding the so-called anti-Jap effort (there wasn't any real war with PRC and IJA).

I remember I had posted this one lah; cannot be Chow Yong Lee as some would assume it to be. He only enter into service on Dec when I had already posted it three months before his existence.

I think the better off Chinese should not look down on the mainland cousin. You can also see how well off snobbish people will end up when they look down and curse the not better off relatives in normal drama or movies!

whatever you curse will come back to curse you!Try it!

The video was uploaded by a Taxi uncle, and it has gone international.
It may just ignite the ultimate flame against the immigration policy of our government particularly for A Tiongs. Ditto for the govenment in HK.

Will it be the hand of fate that ultimately a taxi driver would bring such a flawed, but well decorated, policy to think "taking advantage" of cheaper and available talents from Mainland, to its knees.
When the decision makers in HK and Singapore thought only about the way to plug the gap (low birth rates, not enough talents, create internal demands) is by importing talents from PRC, they have really forgo the other implications (assimilation, cultures) etc...It really takes no more than an idiot to say our forefathers (or mothers) came from China, however if you disagree, try saying that in the US and bring Africans over too.

There are no lines in terms of countries (LKY knows this very well, he was a British subject, a Japanese-colonized citizen, a Malaysian and a Singaporean), but more importantly the influx of cultures and beliefs from the immigrants. Look at Shanghai itself, why the "local" Shanghaiese have a grudge against "wai-sheng" (people from other provinces)?
If one think people will sort this out over a generation, they need to have their brain checked. A few times.

i remember a saying from one of those sg local documentary where the uncle commented;

把别人的幸福建在我们的痛苦上.

Of Sweat, Tears And Blood !

Not only Shanghai, Guangzhou and Beijing as well ! After the locust song that went viral, Beijingers, Shanghainese and Guangzhouese also came out with their own version. Their purposes is one : to 'encourage' them to go home. It's sad when your living space is being taken away by force in the lame excuse of low productivity.

Lee cannot be bothered with all these minor issues. He was the one that planned all these. "Why ? Don't like Sinkiesland, is it ? Migrate lah !" That was his plan to reinforced his power to make sure his son will sit on the throne for another 30 years to come. Foreigners turned fake citizens will vote for PAP !

Our land is bought with sweat, tears and blood ! Why should we leave ? It's LKY who is the one to leave ! Go ! Go to Malaya, you pipsqueak.

My suspicion is that he had collaborated with the Japs because he wasn't a Chinese (can't speak any Hakka, only Malay and English) at all. He sold them. He packed up and left and ended up as an employee with the Japs ? Too good to be true. Think about it.

Re: Of Sweat, Tears And Blood !

Brother, We are on the same wavelength on this one but I may not be so extreme.
I still think LKY did this in "the interest of the country" (hold your abuse), but he got it wrong - big time.
This place has really been run like a corporation, with little regards to the nationalism or patriotism. That is where it goes all wrong when we should defend it at all cost in the form of NS. You cannot have a hire-and-fire HR policy and appeal for employee loyalty.

I have spoken to heartland Taiwanese, they too fear the same thing will happen when Ma YJ took over office and bent over to PRC.

It is really sad that we are told not to discriminate, but yet our guest treat us as welcome mats.

Don't Be Too Naive

You are naive to think he wasn't the devil. Before he came into power, a foreigner who man the editor post knew Lee would destroy all the press in Sinkiesland. When PAP won, the Englishman left for England. His prophesy came true as many were arrested. He wasn't a prophet, but he could see a dictator in the making.

Tat Lee was Lee's bro bank which should not qualify to possess a banking license. Hong Leong didn't make it, why ? Think about it.

The word "corporation" is just a lame excuse for a dictator to selfishly dispossess the people of their property and rights.

You are just not well inform. I'm trained to be a strategist from young. I see things differently from many people I know.

I had warned many since the late 90s but no one listened. I was also speak against NS, no one listened. The people are blind and childish enough to think everything will be okay. But, now things have changed and I was vindicated once again.
