Singaporean Man with Wallet Fetish Arrested for Theft

In Singapore, 46-year old Luo Shun Qing was arrested for shoplifting female wallets to be used for sexual gratification.

This isn’t the first time he’s been arrested. He was released from prison a month prior, the latest in a string of convictions for theft since he was first arrested in 1987. In this most recent instance, he plead guilty to four counts of theft.

It seems the man, a company director, has held this particular fetish since he was a wee lad of seven. He would take the belongings of his sister – including her panties – and smell them. This evolved into a fetish for female wallets, which he would steal and use for sexual gratification.
