I came across this sad story.
This Singaporean man has two wives and still can get away as he is not breaking any laws?
How?
1st wife Singapore. He cheated her for 12 years. Divorced her in late 2013.
2nd wife from China. She was her silent mistress for 12 years. She divorced her China husband to marry this man. This man cheated her for 12 years, promising to marry her 12 years ago. He finally married her early year.
She was happy when he kept to his promise, but since the day of marriage, this man told her that he can stay with her for 1 or 2 nights per week as she has yet to resolve with his first wife. Believe him, she agreed. Now after months, he is still staying with his first wife. When she asked him home, he scolded her. It is ridiculous that this is happening in Singapore. Later this man moved house quietly with mistress and threaten to send wife back to China, if she gives him any further problems. Meanwhile, he goes back to have sex with her once or twice a week. She has no choice. She is no working and has no income. This man is enjoying two women within the laws. Police cannot arrest him. This man is exploit her because she has no income, and her stay depends on him to sponsor.
She found out where he was hiding with his mistress. She has no choice, she confronted him and persuadedhim to go back but was beaten up. He used water and insect spray to threaten her to leave. He uses wild vulgar language and made cruel allegations. Police came and ask her she has not right to get her husband home. He is legally all right to stay at the mistress home. Unbelieve !!! Now this man threaten not to renew her stay in Singapore and she has lost her right as to contest. She does not have the means to contest legally. The man threaten her that the Singapore Court sides Singaporeans and he has of many lawyers friends that will help him. She is worried. She lost her confident. Does she has any options? Where can she seek help?
