‘I felt trapped’: Shopee customer struggles to reach parcels on highest row of Yishun self-collection locker​

Speaking to Stomp, Mandy recounted, “I felt trapped since I had already opened the locker door and hence Shopee’s system considered that my parcels had been ‘delivered’. When in reality, I couldn’t even reach to get my parcels!”

Worst incident I encounter is the joker place the parcel on my door steps.. blocking my metal gate.. while my metal gate can only open outward.... so if I try to open the parcel will roll down the steps and fall... maybe breaking the glass bottle stuff inside...

And that time was some 12 x 1.5L of drinks.. place outside.. cannot open... lucky I saw and ask the guy to move it...
