Everywhere i go, there are so many foreigners. Even coffee shops got so much china food now.

I got a vision that I build a community with just locals, how nice it will be. Those who want to buy units in the community must be locally born and served NS. Of course, I am not a developer so it is not going to happen.

What residential areas in Singapore, can we find more locals, except old folks home?
