Mr. Prime Minister,

Racial harmony and national loyalty are two very different issues! It showed how inadequate your understanding of the people your government had brought into Singapore! Many New Citizens from PRC got upset when your news media reported negative news about China, its system and people. When a PRC driver crashed his Ferrari into a taxi, killing a Singaporean driver and a Japanese tourist, a New Citizen from China told me, “At least the China driver did something good just before his death – he killed the taxi driver and his passenger, instead of crippled them. They should thank him!”

Mr. Prime Minister, you got no bloody clue on what is in the mind of these New Citizens or PRs who came from China! They despised nearly everything about Singapore! They came here to study, but they looked down on your education system; hiding in their heart or mind, they regard Singaporean teachers and students very low. They hate Asean leaders talking about disputes on South China Sea – “Who the hell are you to talk about our territorial waters!”, never mind they are holding a pink identity card!

You and your government seemed to have over fantasized New Citizens’ loyalty for Singapore! I know them, you do not! Not even your father!
Anyway, it was you and your government who created this problem of social fiction or tension between native citizens and foreign-converted citizens! Why are you now asking us to solve your problem?

After importing too many immigrants within too short a period of time which makes integration impossible and leading to rising social tensions between native Singaporeans and new citizens, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong is now calling on Singaporeans to help the newcomers ‘fit in’.
Speaking at his Teck Ghee ward’s racial harmony celebrations, Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong has cautioned Singaporeans to pay attention to new fault lines that have appeared between new and old citizens due to the government’s discriminatory policies which put locals at a disadvantage.
PM Lee also appeared to come to the realization finally when he said “new citizens may be ethnically similar, but the fault lines develop as they have different norms, habits and attitude.”
“Citizens must work together to ensure that the differences do not affect social stability in Singapore….Singaporeans should help the new citizens fit in,” he added.
Due to the government’s open-door immigration and labor policies, large number of foreigners have flocked to Singapore to study, work and live in the last five years leading to rampant inflation, sky-rocketing property values, stagnant wages and an obvious decline in the quality of life.

seriously and frankly, i am very disappointed in the way he govern as PM. last time, i always look up to him until i witness and experience how his cronies mess people's lives up. just take krafty for example, what he said and did was unintentional but he allow his cronies to screw him for over 10 years. i rate him 1 out of 10. look at how the indians are fed up with him, you will understand...

i rate him 1 out of 10.

He's the emperor of Sinkiesland. He doesn't care a bit. Why ? He's NOT affected. We are affected. He can't be bothered with this issue. Like Mao, after the cock, he turns his back on you as usual. No change. Kong Hee Fatt Choy was the main objective for him.

Anyway, he and his gang will be voted into the parliament again for another 15 years ? I'm sure nothing will change.

Please have all the clowns in your party quit and leave it to other more worthy candidates!

They CAN'T be bothered to fix any 'problem' (NOT their problems, its ours). They can sacrifice anyone, anytime. They will continue to get millions of dollars for nothing ? That is the main aim. Achieving high GDPs and setting ultra high salaries and the list goes on.

If they can create problems for us BUT for their own good, why fix it !
