Looking back at the USD policy... everything is linked.
When USA decided to have a economic war in the world, invasion via Economy, using USD as the key mechanism to control the world's economy.
Point ONE; setting up of the FEDS, issuing FEDERAL DOLLARS in exchange of GOLD in USA, and to Back USD with GOLD in the 1920s.
Point TWO; when the GOLD run dry in USA, President Nixon unpegged GOLD with Dollars, and created the OPEC Oligarch Program to form up the Petro-Dollars Recycling Program in the 1970s, and was superbly powerful... This give USA FEDS the right to print DOLLARS.
Point THREE; UNITED NATIONS, WORLD BANK, IMF, are formed to lend (fiat) money to DEVELOPING NATIONS and to siphon off their resources using paper (Genius isn't it?)
Point FOUR; Collapse of the Petro-Dollar Recycling Program, as Debts are getting too high in USA + Europe, the scam backfired, as consumerism via credit takes a toll in these wealthiest region, and besides, all their manufacturing (90% or more) is being subcontracted to DEVELOPING NATIONS (like China, Asia, etc...)
Point FIVE; In order to cover up the loss in the Petro-Dollar Scam, where currently money is printed from thin air, and money is being backed by "CDO/CLO" (Collateral Debt Obligations / Collateral Liabilities Obligation) meaning to say, PEOPLE CAN SELL DEBTS for MONEY and as an INVESTMENT, derivatives upon derivatives... this virtually created money from thin air. (Causing Inflation of course, and good for countries with big debts, as it'll just inflate the debts away)
Point Six; With debts amounting to Trillions USD in USA & EUROPE, the only way is to come up with a BIGGER SCAM to lie to the world, and creating MONEY from thin air again. --> GREEN ENERGY / GLOBAL WARMING / GLOBAL CLIMATE CHANGE...
Note that the Global Warming / Global Climate Change Theory only come up since the 80s, it started with Ozone Layer depletion, then later, to CO2 or Emissions, and finally, everyone agreed that it's CO2 that caused Global Warming... this Scam took a good 30 years or so to brainwash.
With a huge masses of people agreeing on CO2 emission as the cause of Global Warming (Green House Gases emissions), it'll be convenient for the Government to release a new Tax on Carbon Emissions.
Please note that Carbon Emissions by human activities alone is only 1% of the world's total Carbon Emissions...
If we let the Government do this Carbon Emission Tax, one day, everyone would be taxed for Breathing out Carbon Dioxide (Human Lungs take in Oxygen, and give out CO2), and how would the government Tax on Nature? The Sea gives out 70% of the world's carbon dioxide, not forgetting Plumes from Volcanoes, and decomposing matter...
What have the world become? Are we all becoming Insane?

I am not the lest surprised: I am paying water tax despite the fact that my household consumption is way below national average as vouched by PUB chart!

Personally, I believe that the Carbon Capping / Tax / Credit is another Global Scam after the Petro-Dollar Recycling Program failed.
Remember the Kyoto Protocol, and the not so working well Copenhagen Treaty late 2009?
USA have run out of money, to bluff the developing nations into this Global Scam.
For the Carbon Tax/Credit to work, every government in the planet have to agree with it.
It's as good as creating a Financial System pegged to Carbon Emissions.
What next? Maybe after the Carbon Tax is implemented, in the future, they might as well peg Earth's economy on the resources of the Solar System, or even start to sell futures Real Estate in the Moon.
