KNN my uncle as a ex driving instructor gave the following verdict
1. No goods vehicle is allowed to be in lane 1 except bt timah when exiting on right KNN hence license to be leevoked KNN
2. Car driver is obviouslee a impatience driver and guai lan hence license to leevoked and jail sentence for 1 mth KNN
