With Iran war, Singapore prices will go up.
By year end many Singaporeans will take RTS to go to Malaysia to smoke, eat, drink, cut hair, facial, manicure and pedicure

I foresee market will be hard hit

With the introduction of Carbon Tax very soon, another round of price hike would drastically cut down the consumption, many retailers will close door.
Garment is the culprit, deforestation, build BTO flats for the 9.9m population, overcrowded and directly causes climate change.

The PAP never get tired of claiming that they are working hard to solve problems which are of their own making.

Retail? It's all about the Tiong eateries, massage shops and tuition/enrichment centres now. Also, Tiongs have been entering the maid agency business recently.

Back in the day, you could grab what you need from shopping at the provision shop or stationery shop nearby, malls were for weekend outings.

All those billionaires from dubai. They will head for sinkie soon.

Who still shop in Sinkieland apart from groceries and essential items at Supermarket? Clothes especially. Boring and unappealing stuff from Uniqlo, H&M and Cotton On.

It's all about the claw machine shops and Pop Mart blind boxes. And recently, the buying and selling of Pokemon cards. If you think about it, it's the psychology of gambling. No different from those going to casinos or queueing outside SG Pools outlets.
