Singapore ranked 24th happiest?? Don't know whether to laugh or to cry!

SINGAPORE - Singapore has been ranked the 24th happiest country in the world for 2012-2014, according to the World Happiness Report 2015.

Switzerland came in tops, followed by Iceland and Denmark.

Singapore joins New Zealand (9th) and Australia (10th) in the top 25 spots of the United Nations' Sustainable Development Solutions Network report.

Other Asian countries and territories that made it to the top 50 are Thailand (34th), Taiwan (38th), Japan (46th) and South Korea (47th).

Most sinkies are happy. Only anti-PAP people want to believe that most sinkies are unhappy. Let's look at the facts. Singapore is a safe and secure country. There are no natural disasters, no wars, no violent strikes, no rebellion. The average lifespan of a sinkie is about 75-80 years. Literacy rate in Singapore is over 90%. There's clean water from the taps. Vast majority of sinkies own their homes. The malls are packed every evening, especially on weekends. National past time is not sports, but binge eating and drinking.

Of course sinkies are happy.
